Alcampo has incorporated pictogram panels in all its Rik & Rok children’s clubs aimed at facilitating communication with children with difficulties in this area.

The panels, which will be present in all the Alcampocenters, have been designed by the Menteazul Association,using the pictograms of ARASAAC – Aragonese Portal of Augmentative and Alternative Communication.

In addition to the realization of panels, a training video has been made for the monitors of the Rik & Rok clubs to explain not only the use of the panel itself, but the needs of children with ASD.

The Rik&Rok club is the free children’s club for girls and boys between 4 and 10 years old present in all Alcampohypermarkets. This club, in addition to welcoming the little ones while the older ones make their purchases, places great emphasis on the social and environmental awareness of its members.
